If you have ever talked to me about snacks, I probably will have mentioned what I call crack balls – no, that is not their correct name, but I have nicknamed them such because they are super addicting. They are packed full of healthy fats, protein and well.. energy!

Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 30 1/2 inch balls
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup liquid honey
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp of cinnamon
optional: handful of – dried cranberries, chocolate chips, pecan pieces, yogurt chips
Mix everything in a bowl until completely combined. Take about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. To store, keep in a Tupperware container, separated with parchment paper between layers. To keep fresh longer, keep in freezer.
